There are a number of different property-related grant mechanisms available in Wales. The purpose of these grants, which are discretionary, is to help private businesses expand and facilitate development and regeneration in Wales .
We have secured grants for clients ranging from Business Premises Improvement Grants (BPIG) to Property Development Grants (PDG), including Town Improvement Grants (TIPs) and Regeneration Improvement Grants.
Our results speak for themselves - Over a 2-year period, a sample of 10 projects showed that approximately £1.8M in grant aid helped to lever in CAPEX of just over £7 million of private sector investment, creating 279 jobs and safeguarding 220 jobs whilst at the same time delivering sustainable regeneration objectives.
