Grant Work: recent examples of grant success include £1.3M for Gracelands in Neath-Port Talbot and nearly £ ¼ M for Parkclass, Bridgend. Previously, an analysis of ten projects over a two-year period revealed £1.8million in grant aid had helped to lever in a CAPEX of over £7 million in private sector investment. This created 279 jobs and safeguarded another 220 jobs, whilst also delivering sustainable regeneration objectives.
