As a Chartered Surveyor and commercial property consultant, Robert has over 23 years experience and in-depth knowledge of the property marketplace.
Equally comfortable working with private sector small and medium-sized companies, large private sector corporates, the public sector and the Third Sector, Robert's primary focus is to support all his clients in making a tangible difference.
Robert is able to combine his technical knowledge as a Chartered Surveyor, with an in-depth understanding of the South Wales market and a wide, well-established contact base. This means getting things done, making things happen and getting results - all of which have a positive and real impact on the projects he works on.
Robert Chapman & Company is a corporate member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and subscribes to the RICS Code of Ethics.
